How to export your reports from Tekmetric

Most Tekmetric reports download as a CSV file: open the report, set the date range, then click the cloud download icon at the top right of the data table. Exports need the owner or a manager, because Tekmetric requires the "Can export customer lists" and "Can view/export all Financial Reports" permissions.

    Every job a customer specifically declined when authorizing an estimate. Choose the last 12 months. Customers with "Market to customer" unticked in their profile are left out of this report.

Menu names can differ slightly between Tekmetric versions. Can't find one? Send what you have. Partial data works, and we'll tell you what else would help.

CSV, Excel, ZIP or PDF. Up to 5 files, 25 MB each.

Your files are safe with us. Encrypted upload, stored on our own server in Germany, only opened by the DipstickIQ team, deleted within 90 days, never sold or shared. We never contact your customers.

Tekmetric can send reminders about declined services. DipstickIQ tells you which declined jobs are worth chasing first, in dollars, ranked by value, urgency, time since the visit and how often the customer comes back.

Do I need to give you my Tekmetric login?

No. You export the reports yourself and upload them. We never ask for your password.

I can't find the download button.

You probably don't have export permissions. Ask the shop owner, or an admin with "Can view/export all Financial Reports", to export for you.
