How to export your reports from R.O. Writer

Every R.O. Writer report exports the same way: run the report, choose the Screen tab in the Output Selection window, then click the Export button in Print Preview and pick CSV (or Excel) under Save as type.

Do I need to give you my R.O. Writer login?

No. You export the reports yourself and upload them. We never ask for your password.

Does DipstickIQ replace R.O. Writer?

No. Your team keeps using R.O. Writer. DipstickIQ only reads the reports you export and tells you which jobs are worth following up.

Can I send PDF instead of CSV?

CSV or Excel is much better, because we can read every row exactly. If PDF is all you can get, send it and we'll work with it.
